This Ministry has been formed from our traditional passkeepers and the stewards which were required during the covid pandemic. In addition to the passkeeper role the members welcome those arriving at the Churches for Masses and distribute documents such as the weekly Bulletin, special newsletters and copies of communications from the diocese.
Volunteers among them also have the responsibility of being Fire Marshals at both churches to ensure fire exits are accessible etc when the church is in use.
